Are you talking about early upgrades? I'm alos a Premier agent and I have not had any problem with upgrades. The only problems I have had are with merit customers that get early upgrades every year instead of every 2 even thou they have a 2 year contract. Are your customers approved for upgrade in Eroes?

I already work for indirect I just wanted to see how my city/state and company compares against other indirects. I was with corp Airtouch back in the day and I'm not a fan of the corp world.

I am from Las Vegas NV and we do around 80-100 new acts and around 30-40 upgrades per month.

I have sold around 50-60 Q's and I have had 5 returned as defective. That is around 10% defective and I think that is way to high. The 6700 is the better product! Plead with your bosses to get it in :D

Keep in mind that it might be the time of year. I have been with Verizon for the last 4 years and the first 2 or even 3 weeks of November have always been like that for me. The last 10 days have made up for the super slow start to the month. I don't know if it has something to do with Christmas or what but it has happened every year. :wink:

That makes no sense. If your company does not make comish on an out of state activation why would that make you mad? It means if you do it and give the customer a discount on the equipment your company loses money. If they don't get the comish then you can't pass the savings on to the customer and you have to send them down the road. The only option would be if the customer ...

As a premier verizon agent your store will come up on a CS's computer as a place to send the customer for ANY reason. When your co is all set as a premier you will be able to do warranty exchanges, NE2, flash phones, and so on... LG is coming out with an update for the Chocaolate (8500) that will enable the speaker phone. My LG rep said it would be ready before the end of Sept. My biggest seller (Verizon) lately has been the Samsung A930. Good phone with all the bells and whistles for pretty cheap. The 9800 is still a great phone. Since I have not heard an eta on the 9900 I'm still pushing the 9800.

We can not do better then Verizon's new every two deal on most phones. Upgrades are not what indirect stores are for. The indirects main purpose is to sign up new lines. When signing up new lines we are able to offer better prices then most corp stores. We can not match the new every two deal most of the time.

I had a customer today that was declined. Not a high deposit. Not an action. It just said declined. I have been selling cellular for almost 4 years now and have never seen that before. Has anyone seen that before?
