i've been having trouble with these buttons lately and i'm finally fed up. i've had this fone since october and had no trouble. lately, however, the touchcontrols have sucked. sometimes i slide my fone open and its like i'm touching the send button and it will start calling the last person i talked to without me actually touching the button other times the lights on the touchcontrols are on but they are unresponsive. does anybody have any suggestions?

you can do it either way. u can use bitpim with the cable. i think that is really to use but to each his own

yeh, they were nice enough to replace the fone. i just replaced monday. the only thing that bummed me out is that i had to do my playlists all over again, but its all cool.

no it didn't get wet. i've been extremely careful with this fone. i haven't even dropped it yet.

the left soft light is staring to dim i noticed this, this morning, and i didn't buy an insurnce. does anybody know wats going on with my fone and do u think the manafacturs warrenty will cover it? :(

i asked the same question. just go to the menu, hit 0 like 7 times, go to network select, then go to mode perfrence, and select 1x only.

i installed the software from the music essentials kit and so when i put in the usb cable and hook it to the chocolate a little icon appers saying the fone is connected then it disappears and i go into windows media player and it says that the device is not found. i guess i don't have usb 2.0 so my question is if a bought a memory card reader would i be able to put the music onto ...

I just bought the phone a couple of days of go and i'm loving it. the only thing concernig me is battery life. i've read that you turn off EVDO to avoid losing battery. i feel stupid because usually im able to figure things out on phones but i can't find how to turn it off. any help would be appriciated
