we didn't sell them, but i have a pretty regular customer who came in and let me mess around with his, but he returned it a week later because he gets no reception in his house n he lives in the city where normally reception is great

i was just in joliet last weekend and my phone worked fine. I drove from St Louis up there and didn't have any coverage issues the whole way up or back and I used my phone quite a bit. We even went to harrah's up there and I got great reception inside the building. I dunno if that helps at all.

the business server is for companies that use a blackberry server for their employees to get e-mail.. they're connecting to a BES or Blackberry Enterprise Server for corporate e-mails. It allows you to have true Push E-mail. if you're just using personal e-mail, the 29.99 is the one for u.

The blackberry unlimited data for personal use is $29.99/month. If you're connecting to a BES (business server) for ur e-mail it's $44.99/month. For $10 more to any of those plans you can get 1500 msgs (txt, pic, whatever) or for $20 more u get unlimited. If you're going to both get unlimited txt, the family unlimited plan is $30/month and covers up to 5 lines on the plan.

Also, if your carrier offers discounts for different companies employees, make flyers for those places n drop them off. That works well for us. Just be sure to put your stores address & phone number on it.

honestly, my hubby had 3 of them on his acct and if u could only understand, that it's not even feasable for him to have done it. I work for cingy/new att n he has txt n net blocked n always has. He barely uses 100 mins a month yet he still had 3 appear on his acct.

my coworkers b/f is in the military and has a FAN thru them and she has a number she has to call to get the phones with her discount. Unfortunately, their retail pricing is SKY HIGH!! For instance, she called about getting a blackjack and the retail price they quoted her was $550 so with her discount there it was cheaper for her to buy it thru our store with the rebate.

I work for cingular so I'm not sure if it's possible, but my sister has a Sidekick 3 (w/t-mo) and is looking to change the backgrounds on the screens.. i guess more of the interfaces of the menu's, but she tells me "backgrounds on the screens" any ideas?? TIA!

i used to have sprint and the same thing happened to me 3 months in a row. One time it actually just said Misc. Charges $100. I called and inquired and the guy actually said "It was a computer glitch and it just accidentally added that to ur bill!" i was dumbfounded. my best friend works for a company who has sprint/nextel phones. He has a rather expensive phone, but i don't know which model. Regardless, he is dropping a lot of calls. I know with cingy nokia's are noted for getting the best reception. Which would be best for him?

funny u say this.. just today I had a gentleman come in to buy a BT headset. He knew which one he wanted so i didn't have to help him, just key it out. While I'm keying it out he turns to my co worker (a male) and says "Can you set this up for me?" I looked at him n replied "Why can't I set it up for you?" He just looked shocked n apologized

It's a business tax that Missourians pay because cingular has to pay it. There is something in an article I read saying that it was deemed unconstitutional or something, but we're still paying it

i live in st louis, mo and we have this tax here too. it's funny cuz as far as i know, we're the only state paying it. I've seen an additional $45 on a guys bill from that tax. When he called CS they explained that the amount is determined by your rate plan as well as if you go over in any kind of usage! He had 5 lines and like $70 in overages ...
