connecting to computer... cant figure this out!!!

in the Motorola SLVR L7 forum
got my slvr yesterday night. and when i connect it to the computer my fone flashes "some applications may not be available" or something like that... the computer reads that i have a device plugged in. but it doesnt register in itunes. and when i go into my computer and click on the drive F it says please enter a disk. is my fone just F***ed up or am i doing something wrong??? thanks in advance for the help!

i dont know if my fone came with a disk to load into my computer but i want to be able to load pics and stuff from fone to my computer. i have the usb cable but no software. can i download it from somewhere? thanx
