The Truth

All is correct above, but the truth is whether you want a representative or not. Best buy will waive a mail in rebates but are not in business to help you much past that. If you have enough time to invest in finding solutions to your own problems yourself it's probably worth saving money up front. Sprint stores are more business oriented in meaning that your chances of finding someone who will assist you with issues down the road are much ...

When I was a tech, had a simular problem with the Rant. The mic goes bad and need replacement. But last I checked Samsung does not supply just a single microphone, so the front side board may have to be replaced by a seasoned tech. This is covered for no charge with TEP, ESRP or manufacture warrenty (which you should still have).

Verizon Wireless Interview

I have a interview with a manager at a corporate store tomorrow, what would be some good topics to touch on in the meeting? I have been in cellular sales and repairs for the last 4 years for indirect Sprint stores. Would Kiosk or Store be better?

Of course no official post from Sprint, but I've always been able to trust phonearena. http://www.phonearena.com/html s/HTC-Touch-Diamond2-CDMA-phone-pb_3874.html Which shows both V-dub and Sprint to get it, do me a favor and choose the most reliable 3G Network. Plus we'll unlock the sim card capabilities if you go overseas.

What about the $40 dollar Blackberry pack? That includes PAM, but can it be attached to the Simply everything or Everything data? I don't think so. I've had to split phones up with the talk plans then add pro packs and PAMADDON. Silly.

Now when you say Sprint, is it Nextel or Sprint? If Nextel, may need to have S/N refreshed through tech support, or replace Sim card. If Sprint, call tech support to refresh device to network. I have heard that Verizon has issues sending to both Sprint or Nextel, and it's usually only Verizon that I've seen the issue with Sprint phones. I've never have had the issue myself, and it's weird whenever I hear it. It could be a signal issue only if ...

Most repair centers cover the 1 year manufacture warranty now. That aside, I don't understand how both phones are dialing with keypad locks. I can tell you it's not the phone if both are doing that. If you have a lock on both keypads, make sure the lock is on before you put it somewhere where buttons are more than likely to be pressed (pocket). On a very rare occasion, the software will dial numbers while keypad is locked, ...

I'm sorry but this is ridiculous, you waited over a year to deal with the issue? I understand your frustration, you kinda have to take some of the blame on yourself too (I mean that in the most logical way possible) If I mailed in a rebate for Radioshack and in 2011 called in to ask why I never received it back, I'd consider it my fault for not looking in to it earlier. That's just how mail ...

Listen, Wireless Giant does not own all 3rd party Sprint stores. I use to open Kiosk for them called MyMobil, they shafted me $2k. But I work for another one just down the road and I can say that I like it so much, I might just stay here for a few more years. P.S. You are dumb to work for a store that long with shotty pay. Uh, there are a lot of very good 3rd party stores. Yes I have worked for some bad ones, but Sprint is recognizing those poor ones. I'm at a Exclusive Sprint sales and repair center and it's very very simular to a corporate store. We have the same titles, pay, and it's a whole lot more flexable than working directly for Sprint. I don't have as many benefits for friends and family, but I still help them in my ...

There is an ebay ap for both for $5 a month, makes pages load much much faster, would recommend it if you use it a lot. The Lotus can have the "one click" disabled In my opinion, I almost despise the Rant, they're giving it out free on line right now probably to compete with some other promotion for another carrier. I've repaired 10 to 1 Rants to Lotus. Samsung always have more software defects then any other phone manufacture (excluding ...

Sprint has had issues with merging with Nextel with the billing systems. But it's done now. Finally and reps are now being trained to understand both networks. Sprint is cheaper, and has an impressive lineup of handsets to fit most needs. Check you coverage at www.sprint.com/coverage to make sure it works for you, this site will allow you to check signal down to your very street!

What do you want in a phone? I've used about twenty different handsets in the last year and I can tell you my Motorola V950 (Renegade) is the best phone I've ever used! It's tough, fast and has the best signal on any handset I've used thusfar. The Centro and Curve are good handsets, but each phone has it's own uniquness to it, and it depends on what you want/use the most. A few quick things to think about are; Messaging - ...

In my area (Mid-Michigan), I have not had a problem with Sprint's internet other than an occasional outage at 3am while the system was being updated (happened twice in the last 4 years) No one can tell you off the top of the head what carrier is best for anyone, the best tool that we have to offer for that is www.sprint.com/coverage. Re: LG LOTUS HELP! PLEASE!
May 5, 2009, 9:36 AM
in the Sprint forum

I haven't dealt with that issue yet, LGs can get weird when booting with a memory card, try to take that out. I strongly reccomend taking it to a Repair Center if it stays like that. They will either try to reload the software or replace the unit. Unfortually all the info on your phone may be gone if it is unable to power up.
