Very well put IceCop! I agree 110%!!!! I've been against the Verizon OS for years. They're not manufactuers. Some people buy Nokias for just for their famous Series 40 OS. Its what made Nokia the success that it is today. Granted, it's a simplistic DOS-like interface but still, people love it! They weren't haven't it whent they were making phones for Verizon directly. Nokia phones have the Verizon OS now but thats only because they're not even real Nokia's. They ...

:D Yup yup. I want one of those! Sorry but those lackluster phones at the 2006 Holiday Preview left a bad taste in my mouth. All except the Samsung D900.

Yawn..

Boring, lackluster phones with 4hitty 176x220 screens.. YUCK!! Come on, we're going towards the late 00's now people. Most phones should be QVGA by now. Honestly. The only one that caught my attention was the D900. Otherwise the rest is garbage. Even my beloved Sony Ericsson failed to grab my attention. Sad :( Where the hell was Nokia?

msutela said: Didn't samsung come out with media phones with expandable memory before motorola? /;| Exactly. These idiots are like "Samsung is copying Motorola." Well if that's that the case, did the RAZR have a QVGA screen when the Blade came out? Nope. Did the Moto L7 have a QVGA screen when the T809 came out for T-Mo? Nope. Was the L7 a slider factor form? Nope. I think these Moto fanboys are hatin on Samsung all because they take ...

aRGGGH!!! That sucks. Just when I was about to say, now thats what I"m talkin about. Motorola has delivered the goods I wanted but not to the states! Dammit! I know Rich said they 'hinted' at American versions but you know how that goes. I don't have T-Mobile so I can't use these phones.

But what happened though? Didn't Motorola have a phone with that new OS? Didn't the V3x have it? These new phones they're announcing seem to have the slightly updated version of their OS. You know, the one on the E815 for Verizon. Does this mean they're not going to use their new Linux OS or was that for their smartphones only?

Yeah I agree. These names are pretty immature but they are targeting a certain demographic here. Getting back to the phones, they should have all had QVGA screens and the new Linux OS.
