I work for sprint and we get that alot too! we are a 3rd party agent store so we can't do alot like the corporate stores can...I have someone yell at me one time and pretty much tell me I was worthless because we can't transfer phone books! I told him to stop being lazy and do it himself!

I had...
a customer come in one time because his phone wasn't working. His screen was black and you couldn't hear anything. I turned the phone over and took the back off and told him he had moisture damage before even taking the battery out. He told me that there is no way he had moisture damage his phone hasn't been around any water. He was cussing and everything else. I turned his phone upright right ...

Hey there! I am a sprint employee and I was just wondering if you have had a lot of customers coming in saying Cingy was cancelling their contract because more than 50% of their calls is off network? What's the point of offering NO ROAMING if they aren't going to pay for the roaming charges?
