Creating Ringtones
I am sorry if this thread has already been discussed, but I did not see it. However, on my last two phones (LG VX-8300 and Voyager), I was able to create ringtones on my computer, email them to my phone, and save them as a ringtone.
I just tried this with the Droid 2, but could not see how to save it to my phone and use it as a ringtone. Is there another way to ...
Re: voyager keeps rebooting
I do have the same issue on occasions. It tends to be when I am on the internet and looking at something that takes a lot of juice and suddenly it starts powering down. Is this the problem you are having? I am wondering and do not have a solution to it. This is my third LG phone (vx4500 and 8300) and it did not happen with either of them.
Re: Mp3's without memory card
When I bought my phone and got the cable and software for the mp3 player, I was only able to put 3 songs on it. Re: signal strength: EV, TX, D, etc. -- what do they mean?
You should be able to end the roaming feature if you select "home only" on your phone. The problem with this is that it will probably not go into extended network anywhere and if you really need to use the phone in an emergency, that would be a problem. But, how to do it is:
ok-left-left-phone settings-system select- home only.
Re: Polyphonic Ringtones BANNED by Verizon?
I had no idea that they were doing that, but if you look in the forum, it explains how to make your own ringtones. It does cost you a quarter to send them to your phone if you don't have the messages package, but why not just do it yourself?
