I know sprint is together with nextel but say a customer has a sprint phone and wants to upgrade to this phone will they have to port their number to nextel or vise versa.

Heres the situation. I activated a new line of service on my sister in-laws account for her fiance about 3 months ago. So what happens, they break up. So my question to you all is have any of you found a way around the E.T.F. Theres gotta be a way. I had a similar situation. A lady comes in complaining about one of my top 10 favorites activation fees. She says to me that the rep who sold her the phone said she wouldn't have to pay the activation fee. If a customer wants me to run his or her credit I'll do it. If i've learned anything from sales its if the customer like you they will come back so if your friendly over the phone and make them laugh who knows. Any opportunity I get to sell a phone i'll jump on it no questions asked.
