Yes, I know this... I was just trying to show you why people are thinking it's coming to Cingular. People see the word "Cingular" or "T-Mobile" anywhere on a phone, they're going to think it's coming to that carrier.

The review states that the D-Pad shortcuts cannot be changed, but they can. Menu/Settings/Setup Others/Shortcuts
