Can someone explain the catch?? On the Verizon home page it says learn more on this deal so i clicked that button. All it says is get 50% off text messaging phones and get unlimited texting to anyone on any network all with a new 2yr agreement. This sounds to good to be true. I read the small print and it didnt say you had to pay the monthly fee for unlimited texting. Can someone shed some light or clear things up for ...

Do you have to pay extra to get on the HTML browser or does it come with the voice plan?? Do you have to pay per minute on it?? Are there monthly plans/fees for this??

Wrong!! You will not be able to use the NE2 if you use your upgrade now. Dont use your upgrade now because its only 50 off, wait the extra weeks and get the full 100 off using the NE2

We got two different answers to the tax cost on this, one is we pay taxes on retail price, the other is we pay taxes on sale price, can anyone clear this up. To me they both make sense as the user said when you buy a shirt on sale you pay taxes on sale price not retail. The only reason im doubting this is because i always count my money and always double even triple check my receipts and ...

Another question... Since the retail is 400 and 2-yr is 300 which price do we pay taxes for? Im guessing the 400 retail am i right? I think i made a mistake on the above post. Is this correct: 399.99*.0775= $31 $31 + 300(2-yr)= $331 $331- 100(NE2)= $231 $231- 50(MIR)= $181 So Samsung Glyde = $181????

When is the MIR going to be taken off?? I want to use my NE2 (which i will be eligible for on may 12) and i also want that 50 mail in rebate so i too can get it for 175 + tax.

Man are you serious?? Were you get this info from?? Phonearena said it would be out next month. Im eligible for NE2 next month and i was planning on getting this one, i dont want to wait too long for it to come out.

Ive used it a couple times and they were not so informed, i felt as if i knew more than they did i got a question though,i used it a while ago an the rep got me frustrated and i x'd out the convo, and since then the pop up chat window has not popped up but ive been wanting to use it, is there another way to bring it up?

It depends on what phone you have, i have charged my phones every night even when its at like full battery, and my sister always waits until the phone is almost dead to charge it and she has had to buy a batterie already and about to buy another one, and i have not bought a different batterie yet

Why do you say my NE2 is four months away when the website says im not eligible for it until may of 08 which would be like 8 1/2 months away? i thought NE2 is after 22 months?

I have the primary line on the family share and ya they said i need to wait for NE2 but ive had the contract im on about 15 months so i was wonderin if i was eligible for annual upgrade because they said i was not, but ill call customer service see what they say. if anyone else knows why im not eligible please let me no thanks in advance

What about the thing he said about NE2, can u actually buy a new phone at retail and then get the NE2 in another 8 months i think is when he said it was? i thought if you bought a new phone it would cancel the NE2 and you wouldnt get that discount until 2 years after he bought the new phone. How does that work?

Id get the A930 its also a good phone, the chocolate isnt as much money as i thought it would be but the only bad thing is that it dosent have speakerphone. But like I said i have the A930 and its a good phone i dont like the 8300 because to me it looks a little frutty(like a ugly grey color plus pink n green on the inside not a good combo). What was wrong with the 9800??

Ok next time i go to the verizon store i will let them know what youve said and see if its possible for them to contact the tech support to see if there is anything strange about it.

Ok -Yes ive upgraded numerous times at least 5 or more.
