QPST and the 8910 ( how to upload a ring tone)?

:) I have just downloaded qpst and have figured out how to download my pictures, but i cant figure out how to upload a ring tone or the file to upload it to!! I used audacity to modify my mp3 song so i am all ready but don't know where to put it. Can some one either give me the site location for a tutorial on the qpst and 8910 or give some suggestions? Thank you
