I am not sure how helpful this is, but at least it got me going... I still can not synch music, but once I rip the songs I want using Windows media player from my cds, I can then save them from my music file on my pc to the my music file on my microcard, using a card reader. Then I can play the music through the razr.

Any other tips? I have tried everything you suggest and gotten quite intimate with the tech support for many hours late at night, but the best I could achieve, was buying the microsandisk and manually saving music from my PC to the disk from Media Player without synching through the USB. Also, do you know of a way to play MP3s bypassing the media player altogether?

I had the Q for a week and was really dissappointed in the web browser and signal. I was also not able to use the outlook to synch my calendar and contacts and the damn buttons were too small to type. I got the Q and I am so much happier. The web connects in places it wasn't connecting before and the vznavigator (gps) feature is great! One caveat... They don't have the music synch down yet through USB ...
Alternative to Outlook backup and/or email?
I just got a Q and am in a Q-uandry, I do not run outlook on any of my machines or use outlook mail. Does anyone know of an alternative program to back up my data which is compatible with the Q o/s? Also, is there an easier way to get my yahoomail. (Tech support has been less than helpful...)
