The big differences are a reported 300% increase in performance, not to mention flash support. Those sound pretty big to me.
And you can sell 1.5 million units in 1 day and fail if the product you released is facing serious issues. Sales numbers aren't everything.
Snooze Time
Is there anyway to add more time to the snooze alarm instead of just the standard 5 minutes?

I noticed the same thing, I went to the Verizon store and one of the workers did something and it started sounding better. Also, if the phone is open when someone calls, it will ring lower
Phone problems
Has anyone else had problems with this phone randomly resetting itself and losing info such as ringtones and pictures???

Mine doesnt have any scratches on it, and its an awesome screen, its like looking at a hi def tv. The phone doesnt feel fragile at al, it feels sturdy and strong

I've had this phone for about 2 months now and it's one of the best phones I've ever had, and that means alot considering i get a new phone every 3 months. The screen is sick, the flip open button works fine, and reception and voice quality is awesome. So maybe you just like big bulky phones in your hand....yankees suck!!!!!

I have the Cingular 2125 Smart Phone and WMV plays choppy as well, I've tried everything and nothing works, WMV is just not a good file format for the phone. Try downloading TCPMP and the plugins and you can pretty much play any kind of video on it after that and they are smooth and very good quality.

Yes you can..... If you have a storage card, just drag and drop your songs onto there and you can use them as ringtones. If you dont have a storage card, you have to put them in the folder called "Sounds" which is located in the "Application Data" folder.

I've tried connecting with USB, but everytime I choose the USB flash memory on the phone, the phone just turns on and off and doesnt connect to the computer. When I first connected the phone to the computer it said there was an error installing the drivers and the device will not work properly. I hooked it up to a different computer and the same thing happened, do you know where I can get the drivers from??

Do you need some kind of software to be able to transfer files to the phone/memory card, or are the drivers and software built in?

No I don't have software, I thought that all you needed was the cord and the phone.
Video
When I try to watch certain videos on the phone, they are very choppy and the sound does not match up with the video. Does anyone know the optimum video settings and format for the phone to play? The windows media player on the phone only recognizes .wmv and I use TCMP for everything else.
Problems connecting with USB
When I first connected the phone to my pc via usb I heard the normal noise that windows makes, but it said that there was a problem installing and it may not work properly. So then I tried on the phone and I went to tools, connect with usb and when I do the phone just turns off then turns back on and it doesn't connect with the PC. Whats the problem?
