I work for Tmobile corporate in South FLorida. The money is good. I would say the average rep meeting or passing their quota here makes 40k or more a year. Some do more, some do less. I have no idea what the supervisors make.

You guys are all getting screwed over. T-Mobile starts their call center reps @ 12.50 an hour, and that was over 3 years ago. Im in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. I switched to a retail store b/c with the commission it's way more than that. Quit Sprint b/c they suck and they aren't paying you enough.

Throw the thing away, why did you buy a track phone? You can get tmobile flex pay service with no contract or credit check and pay alot less that what you paid for that POS. Check online at tmobile.com or go to your local tmobile store.

she is about to graduate from the ft lauderdale art institute, so she stopped working here....
i go in the lounge and read all the craziness, but it seems pretty dramatic lately....hidden identities and strange agendas...i get a kick out of it, but i usually don't comment.

just third on the phonescoop list...tmobile hasn't caught sprint yet. We are nearing 30 million and im pretty sure sprint is around the 50 million mark
People that threaten should not get special treatment..
they should get exactly what they dish out so they learn to approach people. Otherwise they will continue to think all they have to do to get their way is act like a jerk. Screw the guy, if you see him on the street ask him if he still wants to kick your a$$.

T-Mobile does not charge deposits. Instead we have a service called flex pay that allows you to pick any tmobile plan you choose. The only difference is that you pay for your service in advance instead of paying at the end of the month..let me know if you need more explanation. Sorry for the other prick in the thread, guess he needs to get some himself.
