drive around and see who gets 4G in more places. I have a G2 as well, and i just picked up the clear hotspot last week. Coverage for tmobile 4g is horrible compared to Clears.

iPhone vs android.
I have used iPhone and evo both. bought the evo the day it came out. I loved it. Loved the big screen. Love the browser and the Internet and for work it was perfect.
But then do we all work 24/7?
So i started to miss all the bad ass games iPhone has. From madden to NBA to words with friends. You get the point.
After a week or so it felt like my evo was just to big ...

garmin memory card is basically gps with turn by turn audible.
Nokia maps and google map will give you everything you need, but not turn by turn directions and so on. unless you pay extra.
as far as the size goes. its bigger than w810i. and heavier. but trust me if you were in love with w810i and were never able to get over it( atleast i was ). get the n82 and you will finally be satisfied.

Not every phone out there needs to have a million features and a price tag of 279.99+.
Its replacing lx-150. so it wasnt suppose to have any features. Its aimed towards people who want a free phone with new act/older people who can care less about any feature but to make calls.

Umm i am not sure why you would think that way. This phone was not for styles and looks or is suppose to have crazy features. Its another lower end phone to replace previous lower end model ex 3100. its for people who want cheap camera phone. who cant afford expensive phones or want something free with new contracts. Not everything needs to be stylish or fully loaded with features. Great move sanyo. its perfect for lower income families ...

No rev A, but definetly alot lighter and internal antenna. Ofcoarse if you dont care about those two things you dont have to switch from your current 700p. PPC 6800 suppose to be launched this month as well but got delayed till aug or so, just for the fact it will have windows 6.0 and rev a capabalities. So i am gonna hold on for now and wait for that.

i live in dallas tx. and ever since i had this phone i only had 2 or 3 dropped calls or lost service to zero bars. and its been 2 months since i have this phone...thatz amazing.

Service Logo removed?
hey i was reading through different threads on some other website. i came across a post regarding how to remove the service logo. for example i use tmobile .so it says "TMO" on top in white the whole time. i can get annoying at times. But anyway, that process seemed a lil too wierd and risky.
My main question is does anyone know how to remove the service logo from this phone?

Problem With Shortcuts anyone?
hey everytime i turn my phone off and back on for any reason. The custom background goes back to blank. Also my customized shortcuts (up for alarm)(right for calender) both go back to default again too which was (up for walkman) and (right for empty slot) again.. Has anyone else expierenced that?

i use it with tmobile. it should work fine with cingular, considering that they are about to come out with it anyway. you might just have to call tech support and have them send you settings for MMS and internet..thats all..:)

i love my w810. i have tried everything thats out there(almost). the call and signal quality is excellent as far as i can say. Music transfer like he said, simply use drag and drop from your comp to your memory card(i got 2gig). its a lil slow but not bad at all. i use 3gp transfer as well so i can watch movie in here too..not bad at all!!!!

To answer to your 1st question. No you cannot have Video ringtones...i didnt even notice that until now..but that wouldve been a good feature to have. sorry
For you 2nd question. YES you can use any sound clip or mp3 as your message tone, your ring tone, your contacts tone and lastly your alarm tone .So to sumarize it all.. No video ringtone and yes to mp3 or sound clip as any tones.

thats the only way i can decribe this phone...the more i play with it...the more it does..I now have 200 songs..23 games..27 themes..its crazy...i love it!!...lol

same phone... w810i. its probably one of the best phone...crazy battery life and nice mp3. and really small...it gets attention everytime i pull it out. so i like that attention..lol at least for now.

Aight i guess i will be the first one to start this.. I returned my sidekick 3 already, after drooling over it for more than 2 months before it came out and ended up returning it in less then 2 weeks!!!
Looked amazing, felt amazing, text and email is great..But thats alll. Everything else is just regular. Didnt think it was worth $300+ and 2 yr contract. Hope you guys had good luck... let me know if you returned ...

i am a manager at sprint store and we just recieved displays to all the phones.. katana is actually really slim just like 900 and razr. price is cheap. around 100 after rebates. but a900 is going on sale next month..after rebate it will be around 79.00
