I don't have an Acura, but it works fine with the hands-free system in my Toyota 4Runner. The only problem is that the Toyota is willing to accept a download of the address book from the phone, but there isn't a way to send it.
I also use bluetooth with the PCSync feature, and it works very well. And the Sync software is excellent. Much better than I expected.

I wrote a review of the phone, but ran out of space before I got to the complaints. And they don't let you post two reviews. :? So I continue here.
My biggest complaint is that, when the phone rings, the caller id info is not shown on the mini-display. You have to open the fold to see who is calling. I like to have opening automatically answer, though, so it is too late to ...
