Take it to your SERVICE PROVIDER and they can assist you. If you are with a prepaid one like Virgin, call them ask for assistance with what their programming code is so another provider may be able to assist you

That is correct ... with the kyocera phones, there is a generic code put on them by the manufacturer before they are shipped to the service providers, then the service providers usually change it from the default to their own programming code. The manufacturer does NOT have a master list of these codes. They are what is known as proprietary.

Was wondering what people thought about this phone .... I know at least one friend that has one and was curious to hear other opinions good or bad about this product.

Hmmm where to start .... I have to admit, my biggest pet peeve is people who call the manufacturer for something that is clearly a service privider issue ... ie setting up any part of their voicemail, plan rates ... etc
