I like to say that I voted Republican, not necessarily for Bush. I don't like the idea of illegal aliens running around the U.S. I also don't like the European Union running our country either. Every time I see my friends, like when I go over to their house, and they open their door, we yell "N*gg*r!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" really loud and give each other hugs. It's funny as hell.

USCC. (This is completely based off of feedback from my customers) The Moto 266 gets great reception, apparently. The 266 is also the worst phone on the face of the earth, in my opinion. 95% of my defective phones are Motorola. 90% of them are Motorola 266.

I wouldn't necessarily say that it's all USCC's fault. My cousin works for a call center (not in the phone industry), and he described 95% of all of your micromanagement problems you mentioned. Perhaps it isn't the USCC that stinks, but in fact the call center as a career.

I think it should go without saying that if you ask them "Hey, what sort of features are you looking for in your phone?" And they answer with, "I'm not sure." Free phone should be the one they get, by default.

I work for an agent also, and I would have to agree that, from what I hear, I must conclude it is a much better atmosphere.
