MDA used to be on my list but I took it out. T-mobile no longer have it listed on their website.
My list only contains current cell phones that is being sold by T-mobile.
The SDA is still available on their website.

I think you should decide if you want to stay or go to Cingular.
T-mobile do have the best prices than Cingular.
I believe Cingular have free mobile to mobile. So if you talk to your frinds a lot who have Cingular, it will save you some money.
Anyway, that's my advice to you.

That's kind of a silly question.
Do you know why most cell phones that got lost or stolen never get return to their owners?
It's because it's easy to take out the SIM card out and put in your own SIM card in the phone.
T-mobile will never know if the phone you using is stolen or lost. That's true for any cell phone companies.

I just noticed this.
Anyway, I feel the Sidekick 3 is not coming out until fall even though there's lots of rumors going around that it will be released in July 10. If you haven't got a phone yet, I say get the Sidekick 2 and when Sidekick 3 comes out, you can upgrade it to that.

Wow! You must like your T-mobile cell phone alot! I know that you get a employee discount for a Verizon cell phone but you decided to keep T-mobile.
I used to work at a store that sold Cingular cell phones and other phones. I used to have Cingular cell phone and after I left that job, they continue with my discount.

Right now it's only a rumor but I feel it's not going to be released until fall of this year. I will be surprise if it get release this summer.
The reason I feel that way is the last 2 Sidekicks was released in the fall. Also they want to release during Christmas shopping to get more sells.

No, not until Sidekick 3 comes out.
The Sidekick 3 will be able to play MP3s.
Rumors have it that it will be out sometime this summer. Some people says it's been confirmed but that's not true.
More likely date will be this fall since the last 2 Sidekicks came out in the fall. Also they want to sell it for Christmas shopping.

The reception in Los Angeles area is very good.
But you may still find Verizon still have better reception though.
But T-mobile is getting better though since they also uses Cingular towers too.

The reception should be about the same or beter since T-mobile also uses Cingular towers.
If you really not sure, get a prepaid T-mobile phone and try it out in your area. If it doesn't work than you didn't loose much. Than you can just sell the prepaid phone on Ebay.

I heard that you can put a SIM card from a Sidekick 2 and put it into another cell phone that also have Internet. I heard that you can do it for a day or so before they find out you are using a different cell phone and end up raising the price.

Hi everyone!
I had my used Sidekick 2 for a whole now.
I like it alot but I wish it can do more though.
I just wondering if there's any tips, tricks, and/or hacks for the Sidekick 2?
One thing I really like to do is be able to hook it up to my computer so I will be able to use the Internet on the computer.
