yes, metro does have a program set up for this no, blackberry, palm's, and most pda's wont work go here http://helpdesk.houdinisoft.com/handset _support.pdf for a list of supported handsets

bitpim works, samsung r410 comes up as an 'other phone' because it is currently not supported google 'samsung r410' on youtube for a video about getting/transfering ringtones/music

yes, you can use the default media player you know the screen where you pick if you want to look at pics, video's, music/ringtones, take pic, take video if you go into the music menu, you can use that as a preety decent media player it also lets you make playlist (something i havent been able to do in mototunes, just make sure you are using the thing on the SD card, not phone memory to see all your mp3's

i have 1 package of both phones the nokia is nice, feels well built, slider is spring loaded and opens up nicely also, there was a problem fixed from the 6255, the battery cover does not fall off anymore, ironically, it is now VERY hard to take off, i wasnt able to, i just turned it off and put it back in the box lol kyocera strobe i like the menu, and i like the inteface, there is resistance on opening the keyboard ...

why arent there any perks for salespeople/?

on any given month, i sell between 50 and 75 cell phones for metro, but i never get any reward for doing that other than my metro rep giving me a thumbs up it seems wierd that you dont offer deals to your salespeople, personally, having my own metro cell phone would keep me more informed of changes in the area around me, which i could use to obviously sell more phones by giving customers more reliable information what do you ...

its hilly in the bay area, im not sure how the rest of Florida looks, but when i was in north florida and Ft Laderdale it was completely flat i sell phones in a small town (50k people i think) half an hour away from San Fran, and thats the issue i have here, in fact there are 2 BIG holes in this town, and a couple of smaller ones

i also live in an urban area, so what? there are smart people that live in my area (usually people i associate with) and there are idiots (some of which are quite street smart, and are an exception, but for the majority they are idiots) i also dont think im out of the times, that was just an exaggeration something that you probably should have noticed just because i dont pay attention of stereotype's dosent mean i cant make fun of stereotypes heck, ...

Just use a media editor like Windows movie maker, load the file, and cut the 30 seconds (a ringtone only rings for about 30 seconds anyway) and then save the cut file. I think it saves it only as a WMA file so just then download a WMA to MP3 converter, and then your good to go.

whatever they are, the 6245 and 6262? you know the ones im talking about, the 2 megapixel slider, and the more basic flip looks like nice phones but...phones are not what metro needs, they need to patch up their network more

its a fun phone... people like the razr because its slim, people will like this because it flips out but...its kyocera, which means it might be buggy

we have not had a single problem w/ them (we are a dealer in sf bay area) but i do know they are on backorder, probably because they have to correct the problem

hi, im a metro dealer, and i have used 2 data cables to connect the 3200 first was by mobileaction second is by datapilot (but this one is a big universal adapter kit) both have software that comes w/ the cords

thank you for refering me to that great software, have you been able to get the kink out of the slvr so that the audio does not get ahead of the video? i havent played with it much and wondered what settings you are using

you guys are trying to hard, i believe all you need to do is go to driversguide.com, they have everything there search motorola, or slvr what i dont understand is...why you need to do anything at all its a normal usb cable that comes with just about every accessory you buy, and win xp should have default drivers for it
