I know on the settlement letter it specifically mentioned you can return the following for a refund: Extended Battery Leather Case Phone Tools (something else that escapes me) It mentioned nothing about bluetooth headsets. But, I'm reading here that you can return any accessory as long as you have a receipt. Is this really true? Thanks

I'm I Phase I or Phase II

From what I'm reading only Phase I gets the extension not Phase II. I do not know how to classify what Phase I'm in. All I know is my v710 return deadline is June 6. I received a settlement letter on April 7, and I'm in the Southeast. I really appreciate any help. I don't want to screw this up. Thanks

If I'm reading this excerp below correctly. If I buy the Q and some accessoires in store and get my NE2 discount. Ok what about this: I will purchase a Motorola Q from my Verizon store and get the NE2 discount, making the price $199. Then I will return my v710. I will order $400 worth of bogus (wi-fi cards) accessories from the v710 exchange site. Once I receive the accessories. I will return the bogus accessories for cash at a Verizon store. Then I will use the $400 in cash and buy accessories for the Motorola ...

I went to check on the exchange website whether it was possible. Verizon makes you select a cell phone first. The only accessories initally available are Wifi cards, and I would only need one. :?

I am starting my new job in 2 months which will require me having a smart phone. I would like to know does the Q require a data plan for operation? I would just like a regular plan for the next 2 months. Then when I start my new job I will switch to a data plan. Also I know the Q isn't out yet, but I would appreciate some of you guys rating it against the ...

I'm curious when do you all think the Q will appear on the v710 phone exchange site? A reliable source posted that it will appear on the web on Wednesday May 31st. Hopefully it will be on the v710 phone exchange site on that day also.

My 2 year contract with Verizon ends on April 17. When I signed I purchased the V710 and some accessories. I will recieve $400 back from my v710 settlement. My plan is to mail my v710 back on May 29. Then on June 1st renew my contract get the $100 new every 2 year discount and purchase the Motorola Q or the LG v9800. My question is will my plan work, or must I ...
