I am looking for a program which would allow me to view my excel and word documents on my memory card. I have searched for one over the last week to no avail. I am not willing to pay $50-$60 to do this. Does anyone know where I can download a free program which would allow me to do this? I don't need to edit the docs, even though it would be nice. I have the Sprint 8330 and ...

ok. I understand that. However here is my question. Why did my 700p never do this? It almost seems like every time I go to wake my phone up from stand by it is connecting to power vision, or every time I am trying to do anything with my phone it is connecting to power vision. I never had this issue with my 700p. I was hoping that this might be a known issue and that there is a ...

The only programs running in the back are Good and Versamail. The phone is provisioned correctly. In fact, every few weeks the phone promps me to provision it again. It did this morning. Every time I am told that it provisioned correctly. It is worse when I am going between 1xRtt and EVDO.

Connecting to Power Vision

I have a Sprint treo 755 and it is constantly 'Connecting to Power Vision'. I am about sick of it. Is there a software update or something that I can do to stop this? Is anyone else having this issue? I had a 700P and never had this problem until I got the 755. Thanks.

We got the Muziq, Katana DLX and Mogul in store. The Mogul is a hot phone and I love the Muziq. The Katana DLX is alright. Nothing special. But the Muziq will sell out very fast. I took it home and played with it all night. It made me almost want to trade in my treo, but I thought better.

The Katana DLX looks exactly like the Katana II but with a better screen on the inside. We got one in the store the other day and it is the 8400 in a Katana body. Im not a big fan in the way it opens, but it looks like a good phone. We shall see.

Treo 700p Software Update
Jul 11, 2007, 8:29 PM
in the Sprint forum

Ok, so this update has screwed with my 700p. Has anyone else done the update? I have found little help from Palm and Sprint knows nothing about the update. The update is basically causing my phone to attempt to re-connect to power vision every 15 minutes. There are several issues but that one is the most annoying. Does anyone have any ideas to correct this issue?

It has caused my phone to crash. I wouldn't suggest the update.

Palm has the update on their support section of palm.com. You are required to perform a hard reset prior to downloading the update. The update will take about an hour to complete start to finish, including the re-syncing of your phone.

so the question is this. there are several other songs that I have off of my comptuer that never even show up on my 920 screen when I am in my music list. However they show up on my buddies Fusic. I checked and they are all mp3's. You guys are all smarter at this than I am. Its really not that big of a deal, but I figured since we were sucessfull in fixing my main issue, we ...

Here is where things get more weird. I took my memory card and put it in my friends Fusic. The song played perfectly. I tried renaming the file before putting it back on my phone and it made no difference. The song in question is a college fight song, which I was wanting to have on my phone prior to the start of college football season. Here is the link for the file. http://www.fightmusic.com/mp3/mac/Mi ami_OH__Miami_Fight_Song.mp3 It can also be found here by ...

The song is an mp3 of a college fight song. I got it from a website. With football season starting today I wanted to have it on my phone. Like I said, it plays perfectly on my computer both on and off of the memory card. But when I play it on the phone, there is no sound.

Ok, I have a question for everyone. I have an A920 and have been transferring some music off of my computer onto my memory card in order to play it on my phone. There is one song in specific that I am having difficulties with. It is the proper format, mp3, and plays on my computer while on the memory card. To confuse things even more, it shows up on my memory card, but when I try to play ...

The Katan is a Good Phone

Quit comparing the Katana to the Blade. The Katana looks to be another quality phone produced by Sanyo. it doesn't need to be EVDO, or have MP3's or Sprint TV. Not everyone wants a phone that can do that. Some people want a phone that they can talk on. I know that this is a hard concept to understand, but some people may only want, are you ready for this, a phone that they talk on. 8O ...

We got our katana dummies in today. I can say from looking at it, it will be every bit as much of a phone as everyone thinks that it will be. After playing with the dummy, I cannot wait until we get a live one. I think that it will be a great seller. It looks like the exact same size as the razar, but it is a sanyo which is even better. I wonder how the signal ...

Saw the dummies for the Sanyo 2400 today. The look exactly like the 3100 without a camera on the outside. However, it does appear to have a changeable faceplate like the 8300 has. Not sure about this, but that is what it looked like.

The new LG has an external antenna, which is a huge advantage over all of the old ones. It does indeed have bluetooth, a great camera, and is a weird color of blue. But it looks good. Also, the screens are sunk down into the phone. It has a very cool look to it with a scrolling screen on the outside. This phone will sell for its name, bluetooth, and camera.

B. I can only speak for the Legacy Sprint store. I know the Legacy Nextel stores were struggling. We have a Sprint store, a Sprint kiosk, and 2 Nextel stores in town. The Sprint stores are on track for roughly 90%ish. I am already over 120%ish. We had a great start to the month and crappy middle. Hopefully it will pick up soon. The national ads and commercials have helped I think.

It is my opinion that the 3100 is the child of the 2300 and the 7400/7500. It looks to have the brains of the 2300 with the looks of the 7400/7500. Full price is $199.99 with the activation price of 49.99 in store. There is a mail-in-rebate for 49.99 if you buy 2, thus making the phone BOGO. It looks like it is going to be a top seller. Every person who I showed the phone to liked it. ...
