My problem was that it needed to be rebooted and when it came back on the icon was no where to be found and I tried a battery pull and got the White Screen Of Death and had to reload my OS. I actually had to do it twice because BBM was not found when I ...

can we get a flow chart of the amount of customers sprint has lost since the takeover of nextel? I wanna project how long it is before they go out of business.

I used to work for sprint and they ****ed me over many many many many many times as an employee and a consumer. I know I pay a lot for my Verizon Service, but I get what I pay for

I do not have the updated H/W (obviously) but I got the BF25 Firmware and I am pleased. Now if they only made the new mail notification on their mobile email client more responsive, I would be a happy camper.

The technology wouldnt change. SK Telecom wants to have presence in the US. They will (hopefully) take their relationships with the manufacturers to get sprint some exclusive devices. I still do no think it would be their saving grace though.

I used to work for sprint (was a damn great seller too), and have been a consumer twice for them. (I still have an aircard thru them, but i never use it) They need to streamline their customer service department. You have to get transferred 12 times before you get someone that works in the right department and knows what they are talking about. All calls should be one and done. Only reason why they get customers ...

I think it is safe to say that their reputation is forever tarnished. I do not think creating the next iPhone (ugh it pained me to say that) will bring the masses back over to Sprint.

Sprint and Nextel never "merged" what do you think would happen? Personally I think nextel would still be in business to keep their active subscribers, but liscense off the PTT Technology to other carriers. (similar to Sega and how they stopped creating systems, but make games for other consoles) Another scenario I think could have happened is that they would have migrated their cellular technology over to GSM (Iden is a TDMA-Based technology, and the TDMA Carriers in the ...

yes sprint/nextel put all the current line up of nextel phones on "clearance" pricing, but that is to get people into direct connect again. Their plan is to launch new Push-to-"X" services, do alot more than talk with the direct connect button.
