how does the affect the HTC HERO's "Albums" app?
Hero users do not even see the Gallery, ours is called Albums. will it be as described but called albums, or will it be different?

check your contacts details individually. there is an option on each one to send calls directly to voicemail and they will act just like you have reported.

I read on internal documents that it will only be for recorded video and pics. Which makes sense, because the camera can do it, but EVDO isnt excatly fast enough to stream HD video.

the short version of the answer is no, there is no way to use anything other than a SPRINT phone on sprint, and each CDMA company is going to be the same, with the exception of cricket in our area. they tend to have good luck flashing sprint phones to cricket, but then they will never ...

what he doesnt understand is that the upgrade offer is AT LEAST $150 off of a new phone. when you look in a store, the prices after rebate are clearly posted. you do get the "new customer" price. dont get so hung up on that 150 number

activesync does not sync to outlook express. you need to purchase outlook from microsoft, or obtain it illegally. as of now, with xp, you will need Outlook 2003 or 2007.

How long have you had/worked for sprint? thats how sprint's picturemail has always worked. the idea is to save the recipients' bandwidth, because it was designed before we really had the speeds to be doing this. now that we do have the speed, the system could be changed, but it would leave behind everyone who doesnt have an EVDO (powervision) phone.

if you allow them to swap the phone out, that will prove your point, and IF the issue still occurs, then yes, its a service problem. in that case, if sprint cannot fix it, i agree they should waive the ETF.

device problem is not grounds to waive an etf, as far as ive ever seen. if its fixable, get it fixed, and if its not, hope you have insurance. i know it sounds rude, but as a company, it is not sprints fault that the phone stopped working. you always have the option of sending it to the manufacturer, but we all know that no one ever does that.

that is a great way to put it.
i know that it sucks to have a broken phone. but the bottom line is: the phone was not PHYSICALLY broken when it was given to you. something YOU allowed to happen caused the break. so use the INSURANCE.
with that said, INSURANCE has two parts, premiums and deductables. you pay both. if you dont like it, pay $120 every time you break your screen.

the sad thing is, it was probably planned. the middle of a weekday is really about the slowest overall time for business, so thats when they throw downtime in. the scheduled maintenance is generally saturday at midnight.
PS, dont tell anyone, but expect the same thing to happen sunday.

It has ReadyLink. you can only use that PTT version with other readylink phones, and the newest "Direct Connect on Sprint" phones. It will not communicate with Nextel iDen, or hybrid (powersource) phones.
