As a quick follow up... I just read on another forum that some people who were experiencing the voice clipping problem had some improvement when they turned off EVDO on the phone.
Has anyone else found this to be the case?

Hello,
I ordered an A950 two weeks ago. When the phone arrived I was shocked at how poor the voice quality was (however I was impressed wih the camera and the MP3 player.)
I had a second A950 sent out and the voice quality was excellent. However it has the more recent software that eliminated the MP3 player and replaced it with the miserable WMA player that is now standard.
