iPhone plan needed?

I am on T-Mobile right now, and I am moving to ATT. I LOVE the iPhone, it is pretty neat. The problem is when i asked the rep if I could have it, they said that all discounts would be demolished on my contract and various other people have said that i would need a certain plan for the iPhone. This iPhone would be on a family plan, is there ANY way for me to get around this? I really want the iPhone.

Sidekick 3 VS Sidekick ID VS Sidekick Slide VS Blackberry Pearl VS Blackberry Curve VS Tmobile Dash? I'm looking for good battery life, small in size, and a big memory. Oh, and of course good for texting.

a useless, dead razr? i dont really know the process of "recycling phones"... is there any way to get rid of it that doesn't have to do with it ending up in the dump? :?

The only problem I have with this phone is the SureType keyboard. I'm coming from a Razr, will it be hard to master? Is there a learning curve? I text alot, so is it convenient? 8 :?

what texting phones (keyboard, etc) does T-Mobile have available that have good memory, battery life, and that aren't massive? I also don't want something that's insanely expensive too. I know the two sidekicks are coming out but that seems to be the only option. The only other option would be going over to VZW and getting the EnV but I really don't want to leave T-Mobile because of my plan. :cry:

I tryed my freind's pearl, and the SureType thing was really confusing. Is there a learning curve? Because with the new sidekicks coming out next month, I don't want to buy a pearl and realize I'm horrible at texting with it.

ohkay, but from my impression, i got that this "motorola" sidekick will be kind of like what the id is to the 3, but the 3 being whatever the second sidekick is going to be? Sorry, I'm being reallyt confusing. :oops:

Will the sidekick id be out in april? if not what will be replacing it? I heard Danger/Sidekick/+Motorola are coming out w/ new sidekicks called the sidekick slide or zante and the sidekick 4 or lx..? is this true? if so, what will the sidekick id be replaced by? or will it stay out for a year like the sidekick 3?

Why are the VZW phones so crippled? I might sound like a troll here, but today I saw the En-V, ( not for the first time of course ), and the Chocolate, and realized Verizon is cutting down alot of the phone's potentials.. I don't really know, I was just wondering why Verizon does this with these phones? T-Mobile seems pretty fair with their phones...

I'm a major text fanatic though... and the En-V looks perfect. ;) oh, and it's small. what's so bad about that? T-Mobile doesn't really have those types of phones... do they?

what's not to like about the new chocolate and the lg env? anyways, about the premium plans, the cheapeast is $80.00. I think I read somewhere that you just have to pay $10 extra to get unlimited messaging...or maybe that would be to other VZW phones, which wouldn't be handy for me. What should I do? Just buy another T-Mobile phone or go on Verizon? Best bet? The sidekick is lookin pretty nice.. ;)

I can't decide which one I want to get, if I want to get them. Sk3: Camera, mp3 Player but 100 bucks more ID: smaller changeable faceplates no camera no mp3 player... which one?

The only reason for me to complain when being on a Verizon plan would be that right now, i'm on a t-mobile my faves plan. unlimited texting is an awesome dealio, it's just that the tmobile phones aren't so hot compared to the verizon phones. so verizon = good phones, but meh planes and no my faves and no unlimited texting, but tmobile = good plan w/ texting etc, but not really nice phones like verizon.

well, as i understand, easy pay and inpulse have a selected number of phones... and i was looking towards have a selection of all of the phones w/ verizon, such as the chocolate and the en-v, etc.

okay, so say if you wanted to start a new 2 year contract w/ VZW. How old do you have to be? I'm 14, and kind of want to have my own line w/ my own phone, paying for it and everything. Is there some kind of age limit for you to have your own line? Or does an adult have to like look over it or something? 8O

okay, what to do w/ a phone you don't want?

I have a problem. I've got 2 phones. Yeah, 2 phones. A razr, which I'm happy with, and a Samsung Stripe, which I got with the switch to T-Mobile. For free. I hate the Stripe, and I don't know what to do with it. Can I sell it back to T-Mobile for some money? Is it a good idea to sell a used, semi-scratched Stripe on eBay or something?(I used the Stripe for like a week before realized I ...

Hi, I've got a Razr on T-Mobile. This phone has software from a previous Pay As You Go plan, but I've got a My-Faves monthly plan. Right now my software is set for the Pay-As-You-Go but can still function on My Faves. Is there any software I can download to make my phone a MyFaves phone? Or is the software embedded into the phone?

What I'm hoping I can do is just explain my situation to T-Mobile, saying that I just don't like the phone, and if I can trade it in. I'm looking at the Sidekick IM, and it says $100 for a new 2-year contract, I hope I don't have to pay full price which I probably will...any other thoughts or anyone else know what I could do in this situation? B/C right now any other phone seems better than a ...

Okay, here's the deal: About 2 weeks ago, I got a new Samsung Stripe free with a contract for T-Mobile, and they said something about 20 days for the phone. I scratched it a couple days later, (I'm clumsy, please don't slam me for that :( ), and the screen also cracked a bit. It hasn't been 20 days since I got the phone yet, so does that mean I can trade it in for a new phone or ...

Ohk, so you get a discount, but when do you upgrade your phone? I heard from somewhere you can upgrade it after 2 years of service... soo.......? PS: Why is the Sidekick so bad?
