Many different websites will unlock your phone. The free ones are best to avoid, they tend to damage the firmware. Go to google and do a search. I've used http://www.phoneblitz.com to unlock an mpx220 and it worked ok. It was 25 bucks, which isn't too bad for a guaranteed service.

You can get a cable unlock at http://www.phoneblitz.com They can unlock v600 motos , as well as most other models. I used them to unlock a RAZR i got for xmas and it worked perfectly.
