In the article it mentioned that the trackball was difficult to use and sometimes unreliable. There is a sensitivity setting under options>Keyboard settings which out of the box is set to 70, which is too high. Adjusting it to a range of 30 to 50 makes the ball much easier to use. Ever since doing so I have never had a problem. :)

I say that to customers all the time. Not to be mean. I just ask them, "Why did you wait 4 months to tell us about this billing error?" etc. More or less to see what there excuse is because it is always brilliant and to hopefully educate them on the apparent tremendously difficult concept of retail.

Yeah. Sounds similar. She also thinks since she is the "Senior" she can boss everyone around and she is ALWAYS RIGHT. Most of the time it feels like I work by myself.

I am so tired of this fellow employee of mine. I listen to her constantly give out false information and straight up lie to customers all day everyday. It pisses me off. She sits on her ass all day and ignores customers until they approach her. Her customer service skills are terrible and she is supposed to be my role model because she is a "Senior Rep" who never maintains her goals by the way. ...

It doesn't bother me that they are using the phone, because yes I do not pay the bill and could care less if someone called China from our phones. I am just bewildered by the audacity some people have. It is more or less a principle thing.

I have the H700 and I like it ok, but when I have my phone in my left pocket and the headset in my right ear, I get a bunch of static, which disappoints me. :x

We got a guy like that with a prepaid account. He thinks because he is coming in to refill his account he can use our phone for a crap ton of personal calls. He will call his voicemail and write down all the numbers then return all his calls from our phone. It is the same everytime. Nice. I like eveything about it, but I just can't bring myself to buy a phone these days that doesn't have at lest a 1.3 megapixel camera. In a couple months it will go down in price I am sure.

Maybe that is the "real" reason newer phones such as the razor use the same port for charger, headset, and data cable. It is almost idiot proof if you have only one hole intsead of three! :wink:
