Well guess I better take mine and get it done then...I'm sure it cant hurt if its an update cause we all know there will be a few upfront once they figure out what all the bugs are and fix them...So after I get it done I'll give some insight in here as well...

That is exzactly correct. I know that its not because of the memory in the battery but it is just easier to explain and for customers to understand if you tell them it is for a memory. At my location we tell the customers to let the phone die completely then charge it overnight and always try to charge the phone only if its dead or almost dead...

I get 2 full days out of mine using it A LOT. I send hundreds of texts, use music, and check email everyday and get 2 days out of it I think that is pretty good battery life imho. What do you get out of it? I dont do a lot of talking amybe a few calls every day but not for like hours...

I agree I LOVE this phone. Granted it may have its flaws but it seems to be and amzing phone. I haven't had any problem hearing mine at al and mine has a very steady attention grabbing vibrate. I know that it has its flaws and missing things like a flash but my 8300 had a flash and never used it. The only 2 complaints I have that I am sure will be updated in software is the touchscreen ...
Email HELP on EnV!!!
Ok so I got a ? Does anyone know how to set up the email client on the EnV for a pop3 email address? I have an outlook email address that I need to set up can anyone walk me thru the steps to do this?

I played with the voyager and it is definately a sweet phone. I like the touch screen it fits real well in your hand. I am definately gettin it on the day it comes out. I didnt get to see or use the internet but I know the phone and screens etc...Are very nice

We give our customers a Charging Instruction Sheet. It simply says that the first 3 times after you get the phone that you need to run the phone completely dead, then charge it for 12-15 hours to ensure a good full charge. After that only charge the phone when its dead or close to dead.

Yeah I am in the exact same boat..I was wainting on the 760 to come out since day one when it was first talked about...but now the voyager seems to be pretty sweet so I am waiting til I can see and compare them side by side now...This is nuts I cant wait I want one now...lol...But I guess we will see how sweet the voyager is soon...

I had the 6700 up until last month and I know that they were charging me kb usage for every pic sent and recieved...But they told me then that they were still trying to get it fixed so I would def do some more research to see if its changed or not...

Definately either the 8550 or the EnV cause anything motorola is a waste...But the 8550 is nice and the EnVis really nice to so it would be a preference thing...

I love how Verizon has discontinued almost all of its main selling phones. Yet they have still not released anything new at all...They need to hurry up and get these phones out so we can sell...

1) Best selling is def the 8300 by far here ppl love it. Also the 5300, the Krzr, and the u540.
2) Worst moto 276, all auiovox phones, the 325.
3) Most returned phones were the 276's, the 710's, and audiovox 8910's.

I am in the same boat as you...I love verizon but data is way to high and their selection of phones is starting to suck...I have the 6700 and supposedly we are supposed to get the curve and a 6800 and I would like to see and use both so i can buy..But we all know how SLOW Verizon is at getting phones...So I would sign the petition too...

I have seen the same things a lot also...The LG's are really bad about it...I know the 325's have been doing it a lot as well..But the only thing I can think of is overcharging and then boiling the acid inside..I work on cars and see the same thing a lot from batteries being overcharged...Not for sure but thats the only thing I can think of...
