This post is pretty old, but in case anyone is searching and has a similar problem.
If you drop your P910 and the screen cracks, call the SE authorized repair (I think it is SE actually) Arvato Repair in Florida. 866 766 9374. It costs a flat $200 and you get it back sans any data thats in the phone, so back it up if you can before sending it.

Is there any way to dial a phone number in a calendar entry directly from the calendar view?
It would seem obvious that if you make an appt in the calendar and include a contacts phone number, you should be able to tap on the number and the phone dial it. If you input a number in jotter, the phone recognizes it there and dials it if you tap on the number... but not in calendar, which is a major ...
