Re: alarm
It will convert if you use Active Sync Explorer and My Conputer Explorer to drag and drop a MP3 onto the Mobile Device. Otherwise, go find an WAV like wavsurfer.com or wavsite.com to find a sound to wake up to like Robin Williams 'Good Moring Vietnam'.
Re: alarm
I was incorrect about how to set the alarm. Once you have copied the MP3 in the \windows directory, go to Settings, System, Clock & Alarms, tap the bell, check Paly sound, and the MP3/WAV file should be in the drop down list.
Re: alarm
Under settings, sounds and notifications, you select the event Reminders and wav file that you want to play. You can check the repeat button which will repeat the sound.

Bluetooth Volume
I also am having problems with the volume on my Bluetooth. I purchased a Motorola HS850 which for $60 I thought the quality would be good.
