According to Motorola's website, the US LTE version will have support for LTE bands 2, 4, 5, 7, 12 and 17. Pretty impressive that it supports LTE band 12. This phone will work fine with T-Mobile's network.

This phone appears to have the necessary radios to handle T-Mobile 4G at 1700MHz (makes sense since it's marketed as a T-Mobile 4G phone). But it also is indicated as having the ability to operate on 850MHz and 1900MHz, which are AT&T 3G frequencies. Does this mean that an unlocked Exhibit II 4G could be used on either T-Mobile or AT&T? That would be kind of nice.

Select the best provider in your city and don't base it on the handset. The Treo 650 is almost the same speed on either Cingular's EDGE data network or Verizon's Express Network. The Cingular speed is slightly higher, but their latency is also slightly higher. But the difference is so slight that anyone that can tell the difference without using a software benchmark probably spends too much time on their phone. 8O The e-mail functionality is ...

The previous post is not accurate. Nextel - iDEN Verizon and Sprint - CDMA AT&T, Cingular and T-Mobile - GSM In short, Verizon's service for cellular phone service is considered to be considerably better than Nextel in NYC. Personal opinions will vary, but unless you have a particular need for the direct connect functionality of Nextel, you would be better served by any of the other carriers in NYC for cellular service.
