I am curious guys if you know how in just a broad range hourly how much a rep makes. I am not looking for just a specific number, more just a general range. Say like 9-12 hourly or less or more. I am curious as I am comparing offers from different companies.

Question for any employees of Metro Pcs. How does Metro structure its retail store chain of command. I assume Manager then either an Assistant Manager or Maybe lead rep and then Sales Reps. Or do you set your stores up differently than such posted above. ?

I now see that they won spectrum in this market via AWS, so i am assuming they are going to be launching in the area, given they are already recruiting account managers , to work with prospective dealers.

I would assume by your post that they are also going to incorporate one Large Louisiana Metro area in Shreveport, as many East Texans work or shop there.

I am curious if anybody knows is they plan on expanding in The DFW region to East Texas, Tyler, Longview , Marshall, Tx and the Metro area of Shreveport, La , the reason for asking is metro has job posting for Account sales reps in for these markets, working with indirect or 3rd party dealers. Ok let me clarify a few things for you guys, First if you live in atlanta , Alltel does not service Atlanta, so that should be an easy pick go with sprint. Secondly you can roam for free on alltel nationwide plans for free, alltel and sprint have roaming agreements and they roam off each other for free. and as to the 10 a month feature for alltel if you have a plan that does not ...

Hate to say it ,but its perfectly legal, its the same thing they did to old At&t wireless customers. They would allow them to keep their plans but would not allow to upgrade unless they switched to cingular. Legally all that is required is to honor the contract in place and nothing more. By taking away sim cards and not allowing upgrades on the old At&t wireless system , they effectively forced people to change over by legal ...

In response to Shindig, you are incorrect. I worked for cingular/At&t for 5 years and I was a manager of a store. Cing/At&t does make you sign a new contract if you change plans. Now you may have never had to do this , but it is the policy of At&t and cingular to make you sign a new contract. I know alot of time changes made in stores never add the 2 year, but ...

Does anybody know if you can suspend your service for a set amount of months , if your going overseas? Do they allow you to pay a lower amount for suspending your service. example cingular allows you to suspend your service for six months at 10 dollars a month instead of paying for your normal rate plan amount. ie like 39.99, I will be overseas for six months, no military reasons, due to job, but I want to keep ...

With all due respect to the findings, I can't agree, I work on and with the North Louisiana network all the time. and I can tell you this market is in network integration, and has had many problems before integration and after integration. does anybodyknow what you would need to do to get evdo to work on an 815 while roaming in a verizon market that is evdo capable. I am in knoxville, tn and I know this is an evdo market, but I can only get 1rtt right now and can't access evdo on my phone, what do I need to do to get the evdo data connection in this market.

I have a question regarding roaming, if your in a roamer friendly area, do your calls involving mobile to mobile count, and do Night and weekends count. or are you charged from your anytime minutes when on roam when making what normally would be a mobile to mobile call and a night and weekend call. one more thing does my circle count if your on roam as well

Just to inform you about the slvr , motorola will be releasing a cdma version of the slvr however I have only heard it will be released intially for verizon first, I don't know if its exclusive to verizon upon release or if anybody can have it. but as far as uscc I doubt that uscc will get it soon , they usually are slow to release phones.

Yes Sony Ericsson Z520 puts out more DB's and most have an interal signal booster, plus battery life allows the phone to lock on to a signal and hold it longer, if you don't think battery life effects signal strength, go do some research battery life and signal degredation. Well what is annoying is you have customer service reps and tier 2 techs that know less than you do. I don't know how cingular expects thinks to get done when they have retail managers that know more then our customer service reps and managers and our higher tier techs, personally I get annoyed when I have to call into cs and I get a CSM that knows less then I do on billings systems like care, or how ...

I will say this into response of what you just said, As a retail manager in a coporate store, I see constant mistakes from dealers, or national retail outlets. I think the lack of education on the policies and procedures of the company have as much to do with the hostility as anything.
