Re: Nice Feature!

it is a nice feature and all, but .... it does NOT really work, I have been trying it for two days and never got my location correct the nearest place was about 250 miles away  regarding using it, it is really very simple, it is one of the options in the settings in Google mobile home page, and I am pretty sure that it is a device-independent, so it might work with almost any phone windows mobile ...

it is the new ROM that will give the Mogul broad band data speed which sometimes will exceed basic DSL speeds, also included in that ROM fixes for the Bluetooth issue, you can get it and from here: http://www.htc.com/us/FAQ_Detail.aspx?p_i d=75 and also you can read about it more on other forums like: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/forumdispl ay.php?f=44 GOOD LUCK

you gonna have to send them through your email, if you have an email set up on the Mogul, but if you mean as MMS Sprint does not permit that on the Mogul, that's way "GOOD" people came up with some hacks and tweaks to overcome this issue, but recently it stopped working, I guess Sprint Stopped it, and the latest I hared it is still not working and the only hope is the email rout! Good Luck

depends when did you purchased your mogul, if it recent, then most probably your mogul have the latest rom, but if you are sure it does not have it, I would say yes it is not that bad, although it did not resolve the blueooth issue completely, I had better connection with latest rom.

if you mean the conversion, I use the web site http://www.zamzar.com/ it is free, you choose the files you want to use as a ringer, or sound notification, upload it to the website they will send you a link to download the file in the new format you asked for at the upload, download it and either to connect the phone to the computer or even just your memory card, if you have a card reader available, copy the new file ...

no, I meant the phone bluetooth itself, that's one of the issues that the new ROM will fix, I am assuming you are using the Mogul with Sprint.

Hey, I turned off the keypad feedback tone / ring and I noticed it is a little bit better, I thought that I am not gonna need it since I usually look at the screen when I dial or type any number. If you want to turned it off you can go to Start -> Settings -> Phone and you'll find it in the "phone" tab just choose "Off" from the pull down menu next to Keypad. Good luck
