Umm sorry to the guy who says sprint users can get this phone for a price upgrade or whatever, you cannot use this phone if you are a sprint customer, you have to subscribe to mobile espn which is NOT affiliated with Sprint, you can check with sprint on this, if you want this phone, you have to subscribe to ESPN mobile service, which is by no means CHEAP.

Also, that samsung 940 is janky as hell, the screen swivels around, everyone ive seen at sprint stores has a broken swivel.

Actually stalker, competition has nothing to do with it, blue tooth is not anywhere near being perfected, staticky on samsung phones and not fully capable, plus its a battery hog on cel phones.

Sanyo and Samsung havent had full duplex speakerphones for a few years now, full duplex phones cause feedback, that is why it was eliminated though it would be nice to have again if that nasty little problem of feedback could be eliminated.

Umm yes I have an answer, BLUETOOTH SUCKS, hows that? I dont know about other carriers, but on sprint bluetooth isnt very good, it sucks on all the samsung phones that have it, blue tooth is NOT a perfected technology for phones or computer devices, it has NEVER lived up to its promises and by the way, blue tooth consumes an incredible amount of your phones battery so I think it goes without saying why Sanyo hasnt incorporated ...

You know its funny, alot of people whine about bluetooth in reviews, then happen to mention its not a feature they use anyhow.
Are you aware of how much battery power bluetooth consumes??
Not to mention the fact that on samsung phones, bluetooth totally blows, its not a perfected technology, not clear and concise so its no wonder sanyo hasnt adopted it yet.
The 9000 is a great phone, great speaker, great reception, easy to use keypad, good sized not so dainty ...

Well for one thing the size, the full sized changeable face plate, the bezel over the external screen (helps to protect it from scratches), the nice ringers that are loud and sound like a phone should and the nice internal 2.1 inch screen, the 7500 has a smaller screen 1.8 inches and higher resolution making everything look alot smaller.
The 7500 is a good phone though, and is now 299 full price instead of 379, sprint reps tell me a ...
New Sanyos Coming
Sprint Stores and Telesales indicate a new Sanyo phone is coming next week in Feb.
Hopefully a new top of the line or rugged model.
Anyone heard anything? A sprint rep said something about a Sanyo 3100 also in March or April.

How about YOU try having a clue about your phones, your service and perhaps not coming to work stoned.
Want to see a bunch of stoned kids who never answer the friggin phone and dont know squat? Dont do squat but stand around and make customers wait endlessly for nothing? Stop by a local sprint store!!!
If Sprint store employees want their customers to be nicer, they ought to try offering good customer service instead of whining ...

Any educated person who looks at samsung models or sanyos or any other companies will see that they are all very similar to one another differing only in minor cosmetic changes, some good, most bad, most for bling and nothing else like the samsung a900 for example.

You people and youre blue tooth, blue tooth does not live up to its promises, doesnt work well on the samsung models that have it so the sanyo's lack of blue tooth is a wise choice on sanyo's part as it still isnt perfected.

ITs a touch decision for sure, forget about bluetooth, samsungs have it, but the blue tooth sucks, bluetooth has NEVER kept its promises so dont buy into all the bluetooth hype. I did look at a 920, its the best thing from samsung yet, reception has always been a problem with samsungs on SPRINT, an area where the Sanyo phones always excel, Samsung does seem to be improving though.
