Wow. I bought the PN 215 in December 2005. I think my salesman was playing fast and loose with something he wasn't supposed to.

:( From the bits I have been reading, Pantech shipped the Pantech pn-215 directly to Verizon stores and not going through UTStarcom. For some reason is there some problem between Verizon and Pantech due to this? I bought the Pantech PN 215 from a Verizon dealer and now the extras don't seem to work. I also don't seem to be able to find it listed on the Verizon website, apparently they do not offer it according ...
