There still working on fixing the dates, some clarification if you have teh old NewE2 you can still get the 100$ credit in direct stores at the 20month mark. I had previously been missinformed but got some clarification from our regional operations manager on it today.

I generally don't post on phonescoop because of all the trolls. But to answer some questions. The new program (updated upgrade policy) is from what ive been told is a direct result of our feedback (NPS) website. Verizonwirelesssurvey.com Custmers can now upgrade PHONES at the twenty month mark instead of 22 months. This applies to al phones incuding seconday units. This is from what I understand a direct/internet/telesales offer only currently. Customers useing new every two will recieve the newer program discount. I.e. ...

Not sure if anyone has mentioned this or not. But as of yesterday customers can now upgrade four months early on a two year. And two months on a one year. This counts as a standard ugrade and New every two can be applied. -Cheers

Do what most every other customer does.. either complain in store till the mgr gives in or complain on the phone till they give in.. Your ina tough situation given youve only completed 6 months. But hey if other customers fel entitled to a discount on a phone after 1 month im sure your 6 is abit better.

BUT you had to be on a 59.99 or higher plan not 49.99 or higher and it was a retention thing in store or a CS resolution (Early Upgrade)

Lol our reps dont get paid on annual upgrades. Doesnt count towards quota, your not missing much. Personally I prefer the cust's to do it themselves online.

In store Annual upgrade has a 20$ service fee associated with it. Online there is none.

Heh its funny even from someone working at VZW. However it is illegal to record someone without there permission in most every state. And if he had questions he should have refered to his data brochures or if not recieveing them looked at the VZW Website. Also did he get the "Quote" in writing? If anyone should be sueing anyone the rep he recorded without permission should be sueing him for liable among other civil infractions. ...

guess schitterix isnt aware VZW is owned by partially by vodaphone. And offer individuals as well as businesses global phone as well as rental options if needed. Samsung I730 is a pretty popular globalphone. Vodaphone being one of the larger Gsm providers overseas there is little differance in reception just a flip of a switch so to speak to convert to Gsm.

There making it up. Though im not going to name the companies it seems like every other day there is a new email about how our b2b department signed a new deal. But then again this forum is pretty useless when it comes to reliable informtion. To many people touting there opinion as fact.

You would assume your confuseing profitable for the company and profitable for your pocket. Possibly long term you might MIGHT see a negative affect if they cut your pay or something. But being a commision rep myself I dont see how 1-3%of your customer base is going to affect your personal paycheck. Short of them provideing some customers with a easy out and a reason. Just bite the bullet. Haveong no personal experience with them (lets talk) I can't badmouth them. However do you honestly believe they can just give those away all day long? Its a offer to entice online buisness their rebate requires you to be a cust for four months right? So no worry free guarentee.. etc.. etc..It sounds like your info is alittle off to you want the tethering computer option with your phone which you can't shell out 150-200 ...
