i got to admit this thread is getting old, most customers just rely on their phone for their basic needs to make or receive calls, a lot of customers basically dont care about the user interface, but about how reliable their service is. for some people Cingular works great, for others T-mobile , and for others Sprint. each customer has their own preference, like i tell my customers, wheerever works better for you, go with it

the EDGE DATA NETWORK IS nowwhere close to our BROADBAND EVDO SERVICE WHICH IS NOW AVAILABLE IN 181 MARKETS And growing, the edge network is overrated, and so is t-mobile, thats why they have one of the highest churn rates in the cell industry
