I just use the invisible shield screen cover for my iPhone 5, but the cool accessory I use is called Flygrip. It attaches to any size phone and helps you hold it with one hand much easier without worrying about dropping it on the go.

I have an OtterBox for my iPhone 6 but the accessory I recently found from a friend. It's called Flygrip and it attaches to any phone or case that helps you hold your phone one handed no matter the size without worrying to drop it. I found recently for my iPhone 5 which has a OtterBox case on it is an accessory called Flygrip. It attaches to the back or your phone or any case and you hold it in one hand securley with your two fingers easily.
