Just got my treo 2 days ago. Alarm went off at 0415 and was set for 0515. I was pissed. Also, I set my home time zone to pacific and for some reason it switched to AZ, mountain on its own. Thinking about swapping out for the p version. Would this be a mistake?

Anyone have a problem with their extended cover fitting sloppy? I have went to 2 stores and they grabbed another cover, but same fit? Maybe Im being too picky, but you can actually rattle the cover.

I think what people want to know is if they send pix only to another VZ customer or receive one and have the unlimited In text/ pix messaging service, will they also be charged KB's? I show 505kb which is from sending pix only for this month. I called VZ and they said there would be no charge since I have the unlimited pix service. They said KB charges are for only things like email and ...

I don't think that changes the homescreen font. I tried it and didnt see a difference on the home screen, just the menu. Maybe mine had a glitch.

I know I can. I just thought someone may want to trade who would prefer the ext battery. I like the thinner feel of the Q with the regular bat, but would like to have 2 to make up for shorter bat life. Thanks though :)

I just got off the phone with Verizon again. She told me like the last rep from last week that there will be no charge. She said my bill may show some data usage, but if it was from pix messaging, then I'm alright. Again, two reps on this site are saying the opposite and thats why I said what I said. All four are with VZ, but IM getting two different stories. /;| ?

Here we ago about one rep saying one thing and another saying the other. I have sent several pic messages and my history says no KB usage. Explain that one since you are the professional and I apparently have not done my research :paranoid:

IS anyone interested in trading a brandnew extended battery with cover for their regular battery? I just bought one 2 days ago, but prefer the thinner battery. Let me know.

IF you are on a pay per KB plan and have IN- messaging, then you WILL NOT be charged as long as the messages are sent to another verizon phone. I have sent several in the past few days. You can install another program and use it through your BT headset. Go to Pdaphone.com
Do a search on microsoft voice bluetooth headset. There should be an article titled" Voice Dial through BT headset NOW WORKING". Its sweet

I use the Jabra BT250V. I can activate the microsoft VC through the headset, but you have to install another program that will allow it to do so. So whne Im driving, I leave my 6700 in the case and just tap my headset and say who to call and it does so. Its not 100% all the time, but beats having to pick up the actual phone while driving. Re: charging with a cradle?
You have to leave the mini end in the USB side of the cradle. The other port is only for the AC charger. This is because of the output from you usb (computer) vs a wall outlet. I charge all the time from my computer. Hope this helps.

Question, I had about 1500 contacts in mine and when I put the contacts list in "company view", the screen would freeze and then slow down for about a minute or two and then would work. When I changed it to "name vie" it scrolled immediately and fast. Any advise?
