Agreed I've sold for virtually every cellular company in existence and I must say Verizon customers have the LEAST to complain about but still find a way to complain the MOST. I'm currently a verizon customer and have been for the last 3 years and the few minor complaints I did have we resolved either with patience or with the decent customer service that is offered by the company. True they may cripple a lot of the decent phones ...
dumb question
I'm sure this is a stupid question but what exactly is the point of this?

Yeah happened to me to in the middle of a text message yesterday screen went blue then just sat there, did a normal shut down and everything was alright afterwards.
