here we go again.... i started with attwireless... when the merger hit we had to dump all attwireless stuff, as in tshirts, lunchboxes. anything with the att name on it.... in fact. during call monitors we could not use the name att. we had to say "the former att wireless' i am serious!!!

amy you are exactly right..... i work for blue.... and if a person "migrates" meaning converting to cingular (orange) and they see that you cancellled your blue account then opened up a new cingular orange tbey will waive the etf.... now, this may require an hour or more on the phone, you may have to go thru a "resolution" department but they will do it.... you just claim you needed a new phone and couldn't wait till attws ...

thanks for telling me that... i work for cingular in a call center and talk about not being informed... no one could tell me why this phone was not available but finally i found a rep in a store that knew what was going on. i am eagerly awaiting this phone as i need the features and it has the "high speed" mobi tv experience... i just called nokia a few minutes ago before registering for this forum, and ...
