you just have to text MYSPACE to 386 and they send you a little myspace java app. pretty cool but it costs $2.99 a month. Its a good idea to have it integrated though, my Blackjack already uses the OZ Im client so hopfully i can just update it.

hmmm...My S710a from cingular could send 300KB MMS, it would calculate out to about a 35 second video MMS.

I was thinking the same thing when i saw the phone(plain looking). but after i held it and used it for a few mins, i loved it. its great to see a s60 in the US thats a flip with 3g :D I've been waiting for one since i had my 3620 8) another thing to point out is that the phone felt very solid. and i loved the keypad.

I was talking to a nokia rep last week and he said that nokia and Cingular are trying really hard to get this thing out by thanksgiving;-) that would be nice but we'll see.

i went to a cingular training last week and the nokia rep was there, he said they're really trying to get it out by thanksgiving day. I hope they do, i messed around with it and its great. its like having my 6133 back with a better camera and 3g, not to mention the VM indicator will work;-)

As far as i know Cingulars MMS service has been at 300KB for a long while, but most phone were only capable of sending 100KB MMS' I believe the Sony ericsson S710a was the first 300KB MMS device. as far as 450KB I'm not sure, what phone are you using?

it's also worth while to point out that a majority of Cingulars phone a Bluetooth enabled.

I'm thankful for HSDPA service at my house and all of my Friends houses(except one). and My unlimited SMS/MMS/Media Net that i get with my employee line.

Cingulars MMS only supports up to 300KB. but you can always email them if you have a good enough phone. :wink:

I heard that LG will be releasing the CU400 in the 1st quarter of 07. its a 3G PTT phone. i didnt here much more about it though.

I went from a nokia 6131 with a 16.6 million color QVGA display to the CU500, and man the display on the cu500 sucks compared to the nokias. But i will say that it is better than any other lg display that cingular has carried.

I had this guy come in like a year ago that bought a razr($399 on a two year at the time)for his 7 year old daughter. it was crazy. I actually know the customers older daughter and even she was suprised that he bought it for her.

you can check to see what kind of reception you really have. but that is about it really unless you're an engineer or something.

I just kind of wanted to know what everyone else was getting. make sure you post if you are in a 3G area or not too. I'm not getting very good speeds in San Diego on the 3G network. i'm averaging about 45-52KB/sec.

My ERP plan gets 5,000 anytime, unlimited PTT,SMS,MMS, and unlimited data. no n&w or M2M but thats cool with me becasue i use more data and sms-ing and im-ing. :wink:

I got my Motorola HT820 Bluetooth stereo headphones at Radioshack for $129. they're nice and they sound great with the Cu500. but i believe they're cheaper on Ebay.

I hate it when people call me buddy or sport or pal! another thing i found is that i cant seem to find out how to setup mp3 files as ringtones, it says "not acceptable content" no matter how small the file is. on my CU320 it would let you as long as the file was 600KB or smaller. but on the CU500 i have tried even a 112KB file and it still didnt work. ...

So we get the first Cu500 in stock today in my store. and low and behold the memory card reader in it doesnt work!!!!! man now i have to wait for another one!!!

i hated LG until I used the LG CU320. it is actually a nice phone. the LG CU400should be nice too,PTT and 3G. I went to a meeting at LG and they wouldnt tell us anything about it except that it was PTT and 3G and it would be here around 1st quarter 07' so i guess i'll be waiting for a while :(

well it's not going to be $250 w/o a contract because my agent cost on the handset is $269 so it will probably be $299 w/o contract.

even though the display is huge you cant view them on the outer screen.
