well, assuming that you are talking about your DEMO account... You should have just went straight to your AAE who is the only one that can work on your account. (based on your past posts I gathered you are an agent...)
If it was a consumer account: you would have just spkn to FS who wld have sent a ticket over to have REI (can take 24-48hrs).

um, I can tell you that Treo's won't be offred for a while. they require a piece of "middleware" to make the phone work and we don't have the ability to service that yet.
don't know when the next smart phone will come out - might be a while.

The bible is a compliation of writings that have been preserved from almost the beginning of time. Old testament is traced back almost 6000 yrs ago (or around there) - thus the bible (those writings) ahve been in print longer than any book.

that plan is only good for ST. Louis and Chicago. It is impossible to offer this to any other market b/c the codes are Market-set.

the policy only applies if you are calling in tyring to get private info on the customers acct: otherwise it's business as usual...
i.e: you calling want 3 mon ave usage: no verification needed except your name, ID and locaation or you need to add promo that forgot to get chngd in AIM - no need to spk w/ customer.

you call in later wanting to know biling address for some customer--THEN we need to spk w/ customer.

I know this thread is old but I have to comment: It DOES destroy lives.
I am a single mother of 2 small children now b/c of that drug. my husband chose smoking pot and spending our family money on that instead of food on the table, bills, etc...bear in mind please that I was the only one working b/c he was too stoned to do anything.

in my experience...I had an LG 6100. The menu on LG's are MUCH more user friendly then MOTO's. However, I now use a MOTO 323 and I get better reception than I did w/ LG.
It's really a draw but I prefer service over style...

in a way, yes you are being unreasonable, but your frustration is understandable.
I don't know verizon's policy. I know that w/ other co's - the phns get sent in for repair and if it comes back 3x w/ same prob---it is replaced on spot.
I dont believe Verizon is at fault here...they BUY the equip from the manuf and then sell to customers. I believe all Carriers need to band together and start making the manuf accountable ...

It would be the best thing for you to speak directly w/ the sales rep that told you that they would apply the CR. Since it didn't get done and if the sales rep remembers - the sales rep can call in FOR you and confrm that you were promised a CR and CS could apply it for you. This ...

Don't hear complaints about area - but you have to remember---we offer a 30-day trial period. You can test the network in the area for 30-days, and if it doesn't meet your satisfaction - you may cancel w/ no termination fee. Just the cost of the monthly service for the time used.

we have EasyEdge which is $9.95 for Unlimited MB usage.
our txt msg pkg range from .10/msg SENT (always free to recv), 2.95 / 50 msgs all the way to unlimited SMS for 24.95
Our MMS is either pay as you go (.25/pic) or as a promo - you can get 2.95 / 20 pic (INC pic's are free). If you need more pics than you can change msg packages.
