Re: This is exactly what they need to do
Hi John! I'm still around. . .
You sure are a very patient customer.
I left overrated & overpriced priced Verizon for T-Mobile 18mo's ago, and am very happy! I travel all over Ct, whether it's Stamford in the south, or ecen Willimantic in the north, no problems with T-Mobile. Just looking forward to getting a Samsung Galaxy S6 next year with support for the 700mhz Band 12, LTE Category 6 and carrier aggregation.
Re: I don't get it and I never will
"obnoxious"? It's a phone! Not a little kid! You sound like one of those sorts of people who is easily annoyed!
Re: Not Impressed.......
I know! Exactly! What a stupid thing to worry about! This is the internet, we have anonymous usernames!
Re: Samsung Galaxy S5
32GB one is available, but only online. Other colors, wait and see, I would be surprised though. I have the S4 and am happy with it, but am interested to see what LG brings with the G3 in a couple months.
Re: I love tmobile
+1!!! You two are among the few on this site who are still around from a year or two ago.
Re: Dumb
Well, the LG G2 is a good product.
Re: Dumb
Well, it was reviewed on Phone Scoop December 5th, so yeah the end of last year.
BlackBerry doesn't really seem to be trying, putting much effort into making progress. This is year #4 that they've been struggling.
Re: Dumb
Has BlackBerry even come out with anything new in 2014 at all?
Re: umm
It baffles me that T-Mobile can deploy LTE to 209 million in only 8mo's, but Sprint only intends on deploying Sprint Sparm to half that in 12mo's.
Re: umm
We all know the big two HAVE the capacity, they just are sitting on unused spectrum.
Re: Price war!!
It will take time, I don't know what to say other than that. ATT & Vzn have so much of the market, it will take time.
Re: Price war!!
Because DT is now taking a long-term approach to the U.S. market.

Re: Price war!!
I'm sure John Legere knows more about running a company their you. The company is just STARTING to turn around. The 4th qtr of last year was the beginning of the turn around.
Re: Price war!!
You may have missed the news that TT-Mobile gained 4.4 million customers in 2013, and regardless of whether YOU can accept it or not, it's only a matter of time before T-Mobile takes the #3 spot from the dysfunctional Sprint.
Either Q4 this year, or Q1 next year, it will happen.
Re: Price war!!
How you describe Sprint, makes me think about democrats, for example instead of making things better for themselves, they complain when someone else succeeds.
Re: Price war!!
Can't really say a whole lot of companies have $50-$55bln laying around, I heard that's how much DT originally paid for VoiceStream 12yrs ago.
Re: Price war!!
And yet their rapidly closing in on taking the #3 spot from Sprint.
Re: Price war!!
Yeah, there has been mentions of Dish buying T-Mobile. That would work, cause it wouldn't be minusing a national carrier. Just not sure if Dish has the capital to buy T-Mobile.
Re: Price war!!
It weird how Sprint claims they can't get Spark rolled out faster because they can't get the equipment and hardware from the networking companies, but yet T-Mobile was able to cover 209m with LTE in as little as 8mo's.
Re: Price war!!
I agree, keep it four carriers. I just hope the FCC understands how important it is that T-Mobile gets their hands on nationwide licenses of the 600mhz spectrum next year, even if it's only a 10mhz chunk of spectrum, but it's gotta be nationwide licenses in order for T-Mobile to be able to be a competitive force against the big 2.
Re: Unlimited Data Now Most Expensive In Industry
Precisely! More value! People need to look beyond the dollar amount, and lok at what their getting for their money.
Now what about those of us on the older/current plan?
I have an S4, when I upgrade and start over on a new EIP will I be forced onto the new $80/mo plan?
Re: Unlimited Data Now Most Expensive In Industry
Positives about T-Mobile's unlimited data.
1. It's high speed, I don't hear very good things from Sprint's customers when it comes to speed.
2. Mobile hotspot is included at no extra cost.
Re: A smartwatch with some useful features
Exactly
Re: A smartwatch with some useful features
I haven't worn a watch in well over a dozen years! In my opinion, these things have a ways to go, especially with the price.
Re: This is a joke right?
Maybe those who hace the Galaxy Note 3 have evolved to having bigger hands.
Re: This is a joke right?
Things are very, very different in 2013/2014>>>>
Personally, in comparison to a 5.0-5.2 inch screen, I think a mini should be 4.3-4.5
Re: What exactly was the problem with the storm?
Unless you are stuck in the matrix, that cult of overpriced/overrated/overhyped products called Apple isn't relevant.
This guy should shut up and get busy getting cought up on the past 4yrs......
Hey Blackberry, how bout you shut up, and concentrate on ACTUALLY bringing some smartphones to market, so that your few remaining loyal customers have some nice, new 2014 models to choose from.
This guy has way, way too much work to do to get cought up on the past 3-4yrs to be making comments about anything other than what new smartphones he will be delivering to market in 2014.
Re: Thinks of Switching to Tmo from Sprint In Denver
Sebsorly, best way to check coverage.

Re: Interesting.
T-Mobile doesn't seem to be putting much effort into acquiring more spectrum, other than the 700-A block, which I'm yet to find out if the S5 will support.
Re: Surprised and Clueless
Your comments are so rude, I don't even bother reading the entire comment.
Ahh...so the FCC is working. .
They just haven't gotten around to approving T-Mobile acquiring Vzn's 700-A block spectrum. . .get to work FCC. There are 24 hours in a day, and 7 days in a week, and 30 days in a month, get to work!
Re: Agreed 100%
This perticular comment needs to be sent directly to the heads of the FCC, each and every commissioner. Your right, customers will run from Sprint's messy management to the already way, way too big ATT & Vzn. FCC needs to see your comment!
Re: 500MBs/2GBs. . .
Some people just don't use their smartphone to it's fullest. You pay for it, might as well use it. And no, it doesn't harm the network, LTE can handle tons of data.
P.S. I like your username! Liberalism is a mental disease!
Re: 500MBs/2GBs. . .
Then the "average" user doesn't know HOW to use their smartphone!
500MBs/2GBs. . .
Either 500mb's, or 2gb's, both equate to NOTHING!!! And no people "wifi" is not everywhere, and where it is it's secured.
Mobile, or nothing it is for me.
Re: T-Mobile LTE bands
A not recently ago? I didn't realize it was that recently.
Re: T-Mobile LTE bands
But the 700mhz that T-Mobile got from Verizon is band 12, your saying this supports band 17 (ATT)?
Also, as far as you know, is it true that deal between Verizon and T-Mobile for the 700mhz still hasn't been approved by the FCC?
Re: leave
It must be a very peaceful place to live, I'm julous.
Re: leave
Oh.
I left Verizon for T-Mobile when the S4 came out, good signal, great data speeds every place I've been in Ct except Willimantic, EDGE only there, but Google Maps still worked.
