(I am new to AT&T Wireless.) When you check your minutes, it tells you that you will be receiving a text message enclosing the details of your remaining minutes. Does AT&T Wireless charge you for these messages? (I used to be with T-Mobile and they never charged for messages they send to you about your account.) Thank you.

Oh and I watched the video. That guy was using a dummy phone, I could tell when they zoomed into the screen of the phone, it was a dummy phone. And he dropped it on a mat, most people drop their phones on CEMENT or hard floors. Cement is most common because of sidewalks. So that "demonstration" is not solid proof. But I have an idea. Well my how the tables turn! I used to be anti-Cingular, but you know they got the Nokia 2610---and that was enough to get me signed on. And my rep was very nice. Plus with my job, I get 15% off my bill, so yeah, I like the new AT&T, I got everything (auto-pay, paperless billing, etc) set up with NO ISSUES! Things are looking good. Ok, I'll let you all get back to your lives. Shalom.

You can leave T-Mobile without penalties. Just call them and cancel your service and when they charge you the 200 simply don't pay the bill? Hundreds of wireless customers don't pay their bills and they are happier now. Of course, your credit rating will go down the toilet....hahahahahahhahaaaa!!!! :twisted: :twisted: :lol:

Congrats! Now you can get that degree! If you need to work full time and need a school that is flexible, I work for Kaplan University online. We are accredited by the North Central Association, which is regional accreditation. Our classes are designed for those who work full time and need a flexible education schedule. Just a thought.

I see what you are saying, but they have had so many more problems. When Cingular agreed to buy AT&T Wireless they had some issues, but they were minor. Cingular and AT&T Wireless were identical twins as far as technology goes: They both had recently migrated from TDMA to GSM, they both had analog, and they both used the same frequencies.
