Okay New Problem
Okay it looks like I can get it converted to wav files but I don't see an option for amr files. But when I tried sending it to myself I got to the point where I selcted "Go To" and then it said "unavailable, try again later." Has that happened to anyone else?
Which media player do we use?

It's not that low
I just got the phone yesterday and I was very concerned that the volume would be too low as well. It's not that bad - and there is a volume bar so you can crank it up. The thing I noticed that made a difference in the volume was where the phone was - I thought it was held to my ear correctly - but a move slightly in the wrong direction makes it hard to hear ...

Well - duh. I don't have the phone yet so I was just responding to what everyone was saying. Obviously - without even reading the manual - it seems obvious to me that you should be able to reject a call without opening the flip...but so many people are confused I thought maybe I was assuming incorrectly.

THIS TOTALLY WORKED!
I followed your advice and this totally worked! I opened it and saw that the little ribbon connector wasn't even pressing down on the connection part. I fixed it by putting a foam "disk" in the phone that pressed the connection onto the connection part. It seems to work now.

I sent it back today and am waiting to for the Nokia 6101 to be sent to me.

They're the real songs (T-Mobile calls them "hifi ringers" where you actually download clips of the songs). They sounds okay - not as great as the Motorola v300 but better than it sounds on the Samsung e635.

Yes - you can get the actual clips of the song...they sound okay - not as good as on the Motorola v300, but it's better than how they sound on the Samsung e635.
Re: photo caller id?
I had the v300 and I think picture caller id only is cool if your phone has an outside screen. Because you see who's calling by the name on the outside and you only see the picture once you open the phone - or if you're on another call and call waiting clicks in - the picture of the person calling shows up...but otherwise - it's not that big a deal on a phone without a screen on ...

I have the e635 and don't see anything that great about this phone. The reception isn't as good as my Motorola v300 because of the internal antenna - and the ringers are awful....I downloaded hifi ringers and they sound about 1/10th as good as they did on my v300.
It's small - and cute - but - it's just not that great.
Motorola v330 or Nokia 6101????
I am having a hard time picking a phone! I had a Motorola v300 for the past year and a half and it finally died. It was okay - there were a lot of bugs, the sound quality wasn't that great and that is important to me, but it had cool features like ringtones - and I like that.
I was told the v330 is a MUCH IMPROVED version of the 300...that the sound quality is a lot better and ...

I had the v300 for over a year and the sound quality on the incoming caller's voice was always low - but in the end it went out totally - I had to use the speaker or headset to hear on it at all. Now I'm trying to decide between the Nokia 6101 or the v330 (I hear they worked out a lot of the bugs from the v300 version?)
Not sure what to do.....
