Anyone that recieved the update of software .04....are you no longer able to see your wallpaper on the front LCD? I cant see a wallpaper on mine and the colors are red on top, middle Orange, and brown on bottom! Lemme know if anyone knnows a fix if there is one. Thanks in advance

If someone has the continental ringtone as a file could you send it to me? If not does anyone know where to get it? All the standard rings on it are stupid. Lemme know Thanks

Dont know about the continental ringtone but i would love to have that also if anyone knows how. 1) Make a file about 20 seconds long and make sure its mp3 when u save it. 2) Renamed the file to (whatever song).mid *NOTE* it will say it will be unusable but its ok. 3) Send the file to your phone via email and use the address yournumber@vzwpix.com. 4) when you recieve the text....open and when the song is playing....hit Options and then save ...

IM hearing alot of people saying you cannot upload your own ringtones but i can do it fine but sending it through VZWPIX from my email. It works the same way with e815. If you need instructions i can get them. kane

When the this so called .04 software come out and what does it do besides fix the delay? I got mine the other day but i think mine is .03. thanks

Should i try the razr or go get the 8100 again. I dont use the MP3 players on the phone and i love the look of the razr. Hows the reception for both? If i cant decide i must just get the treo 700w or 650. HELP! Thanks

I noticed when u take a pic with this camera ( which is grainy and not good in my opinion) that the pics enlarge like double the size making the wallpaper look like ****! Any reasons or suggestions? I wasnt overall impressed with this phone also. Anything else that i should give a try? Thanks

I like the phone but does it have the capability of "Vibe and Ring" at the same time or do they have to be seperate? Its kind of annoying that they cant just make a phone with it its seems. Thanks in advance.

I had the Cingular version of this phone and like the phone and PDA capability. I had some problems tho and i was wondering if they were the same as the CDMA version for VERIZON! 1. Does the phone shut off by itself and not turn the phone portion back on? 2. Is the earpiece still really low and hard to hear? Thanks in advance.

lmao that was quick but overall how do you like your phone? I realyl wanna get the razr but im hearing the problems but theres problems with every phone. My 8100 is nice but i like razr looks better and the bluetooth is better im hearing. What you think? How do you like yours? I dont understand the sidetone thing with the echo either.

I read on CNET.COM that it is possible to put the phone on vibrate and go to "vibrate detail" and choose a ringtone. This will then make the ringer "Ring and Vibrate," Is this possible or is there really no solution to the "Ring and Vibrate" feature. This is a thing that is sort of holding me back from trading my 8100 in and getting the RAZR. I guess if the ringers are loud enough i could deal with it ...

Ive had the LG VX8100 for a couple of days now but the battery life doesnt seem too good. First: How is the battery life just on a normal user that might use web once a day. I feel with this phone as if i was meeting someone and they were to give me their number....i feel i wouldnt be able to enter the contact in a fast time. I would take me a good 3 minutes i would say. Whats the fastest and easiest way to input them basically at confrontation? kane

Im seeing which is the best bet. I have the 9800 but its hard to use in my opinion and my friend has the 8100. I like having my different type of phone so im leaning towards the RAZR. What phone should i go with? Kane

Why is it when a call comes in....i pick it up to answer it and i find myself saying "hello" 2 times becuz it doesnt connect as i pick it up. Is this just a sanyo problem or should i try a samsung like the a920? and another note...does Sprint ever get the PCS to PCS minutes used correct or do they always have to credit the bill becuz "the system isnt working?" I know that you can get free "crappy" ringtones for free off the 3gforfree.com site. But i was wondering why the ringtones that you buy from Sprint on the phone expire in 90 days? If this is not true lemme know but i would like to know why this stupid idea of expiration on ringtones is in existence. Thanks, Kane

Does the Razr for cingular have any volume hacks or upgrades becuz im having trouble hearing on the phone earpiece...its loud for one call then back to the same low volume the next. If there is a software upgrade or hack...can someone inform of where to find it or give me instructions please? Thanks alot :)
