Whenever I get a picture message, the phone says one is coming in, there's notification that it's delivered but then it doesn't download until about ten minutes later. Is there a setting I need to adjust get it faster? Thanks for any info...

I've never blocked him, he doesn't get why this is happening either. For the record, I took the advice from my prior posts but the blocking thing from vtext.com never worked.

He either has an Audiovox 8900 or 9900. I have an LG vx8600 and vx6100, the 8600 is the "blocked" number. His texts come thru but I can't reply with the 8600, the 6100 has no problem. It's very strange because I thought cell #'s couldn't be blocked.

text blocking issue
Whenever I text my brother (also Verizon cust)I get a message saying "You have been blocked from originating messages to this subscriber". Anyone else ever encounter this? It happened in the middle of a texting match so neither of us did anything to bring it on...I don't think. :) Suggestions?

I've been having the same issue and called Verizon CS today and was told they are aware of the issue on the east coast and removing your callback number from the text message "alleviates" the problem but does not rectify it. They're working on it, I guess.

Yeah, if you go into your Vtext acct and click the My Text tab, scroll down to TXT Blocking, you can list up to 15 email, domain names, etc. to block...

I just need to block one number and I thought I did everything correctly at vtext.com but the texts came thru anyway. I'll just call CS in the AM. Its not a huge deal, more like an annoying mosquito...

Yeah, I agree. That's what I enjoyed about getting a new phone. Something different. Too bad Verizon doesn't offer the choice of their standard UI or what normally comes with the phone, then people can pick which UI they prefer.

My clock froze yesterday for 20 minutes and a few more times after that but just briefly, but it was just the clock that froze. In fact, when I texted or called it seemed to rectify the problem. Today, it hasn't happened at all. I did notice a slight hiccup with the iTAP, it doesn't always predict the word or any word for that matter. The lag doesn't bother me because my Samsung A850 was slower than molasses. What ...

The phone itself didn't freeze. I was able to call, nothing shut down. The time just stopped. Hasn't happened since. I had the E815 and it would reboot itself everyday. This was nothing like that.

Can't complain about the lag but I noticed my inbox isn't recording the number of text messages and also the time froze at 2:01p for about 20 minutes...is this happening to anyone else yet?
